In England, features map to the fundamental standards in Regulations 9–20A of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The policy library also covers the Care Inspectorate (Scotland), CIW (Wales) and RQIA (Northern Ireland). Your data stays in UK data centres.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data hosted in the UK?
Yes. All data is held in UK data centres and processed under UK GDPR. We are registered with the ICO (registration ZC137204). We never transfer your data outside the UK without your explicit consent.
Are the AI features safe to use for regulator-governed care records?
Yes — they're designed to work within the guardrails of all four UK regulatory frameworks (CQC, Care Inspectorate, CIW, RQIA). AI only ever produces drafts; a human always reviews and signs off. Every edit creates a new version and the original draft is archived as superseded and retained, so your audit trail is complete by default.
Which regulations does the software map to?
In England, features map to the fundamental standards in Regulations 9–20A of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The policy library also covers the Care Inspectorate (Scotland), CIW (Wales) and RQIA (Northern Ireland). The software helps you organise and evidence your own compliance; it does not promise an inspection outcome.
Can I import data from another CRM?
We import staff rosters, client lists and your existing rota from CSV or Excel during onboarding. Most agencies are live within 5 working days.
Do you integrate with the NHS or other care systems?
Payroll and invoicing are built in — PAYE and NI calculated automatically, payslip PDFs and VAT-ready invoices. GP Connect (NHS England) integration is planned and not yet live. Operator-managed REST and webhook integrations can connect to local-authority and other systems on request.
What does the free plan include, and how does the trial work?
Begin Your Journey is free at £0 per month with no time limit and no card required. The paid plans — Essentials £49, Growth £149 and Enterprise £249 per month — each come with a free 14-day trial, no card required. After day 14 your data is preserved for 30 days while you decide whether to subscribe. Cancel any time with one month's notice.
