About Us

Care Core Pro 365 is the UK care management platform built to take home care agencies from spreadsheets to inspection-ready — without enterprise pricing.

Who we are

Care Core Pro 365 is a trading name of Ethnatcel Care Ltd (Company No. 12674639), registered in England & Wales. We build software for the people who deliver domiciliary care: registered managers, coordinators, and the carers out on visits every day.

The platform grew out of frontline care operations — not a generic CRM retro-fitted for care. Every module maps to something a UK provider actually has to evidence: person-centred care records, medication administration, skin integrity, incidents, supervision, and the financial paper trail behind every commissioned hour.

Built around UK regulation from day one

The product's skeleton is UK regulatory standards. Care plans follow Regulation 9, staffing records follow Regulations 18 & 19, the policy library and audit trail follow Regulation 17 — that's the England/CQC framework we built first, and it remains the most complete. The platform also supports providers registered with the Care Inspectorate (Scotland), CIW (Wales) and RQIA (Northern Ireland), with the same underlying evidence turned into each regulator's own terminology and inspection domains via the Enterprise intelligence layer (Q-Score, Annual Return Assistant).

Who we serve

New and established domiciliary care agencies across the United Kingdom — from a founder registering their first service with five service users, to multi-branch providers running hundreds of visits a week across sites.
